Special highlights included a chaat stall from Varanasi’s renowned ‘Kashi Chaat Bhandaar,’ serving favorites like samosa chaat and ragda-puri, and a stall from Cafe Rameswaram, known for its South Indian delicacies.
Adding to the grandeur, live food counters offered freshly prepared dishes, including Italian specialties and the viral pasta alla ruota, made inside a cheese wheel. The dessert offerings were equally impressive, featuring an array of cakes, pastries, hyper-realistic edible fruit desserts, tiramisu dessert caviar, and a wide selection of Indian sweets.
The Ambanis spared no expense in curating a remarkable dining experience, enlisting top chefs to design exclusive menus. Renowned Peruvian chef Virgilio MartÃnez, from Lima’s Central, presented an exquisite menu featuring zucchini and asparagus tiradito, cashew roll with mountain chimichurri, and avocado emulsion with Peruvian corn. Goan chef Avinash Martins also contributed, serving dishes like pao de queijo, grilled sweet potato, and grilled oyster mushroom xacuti.
