“Perfect Family” Starring Park Ju Hyun and Kim Young Dae Debuts Strong with Promising Ratings

The show premiered on August 14 as KBS’ first Wednesday-Thursday drama in two years, marking its return to the prime time slot with a commendable 2.6 percent nationwide average rating.
Perfect Family delves into a gripping mystery involving a seemingly perfect family that begins to unravel when their daughter becomes entangled in a murder case. Park Ju Hyun stars as Choi Sun Hee, a top student and model citizen who was adopted by her current parents after being orphaned. Kim Byung Chul and Yoon Se Ah, her adoptive parents in the series, reunite from their previous work on SKY Castle.
Kim Young Dae plays Park Kyung Ho, a wealthy and influential schoolmate who falls for Choi Sun Hee. Despite multiple rejections, his tragic fate adds a dramatic twist, setting off a series of events that exposes hidden secrets within the family.
